Ordering Process

Turnaround Times

Turnaround times vary depending on the size and complexity of the order. Most orders are completed within 1-2 weeks after artwork approval and payment. Rush orders may be available upon request.

Payment Methods

We accept cash, Venmo, major credit cards, and other approved payment methods.

Custom Order Policy

Artwork Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design proofs before production begins. ImelDesigns is not responsible for errors that were approved in the final proof.

Custom Products

Because custom products are made specifically for each customer, slight variations in color, placement, and product appearance may occur.

Customer-Supplied Artwork

Customers must have permission to use any logos, trademarks, or copyrighted artwork submitted for production.

Shipping & Pickup

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available by appointment. Customers will be notified when their order is ready.

Shipping

Shipping is available throughout the United States. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the size and weight of the order.

Local delivery may be available for larger orders. Contact us for availability and pricing.

Returns & Refunds

Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom products, all sales are final once production has begun.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an item arrives damaged or if an error was made on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.

Non-Custom Items

Unused non-custom items may be eligible for return within 14 days of purchase.
